In accordance with TAHA's Financial Disclosure Policy (for all travel associations within the affiliate), and in an effort to improve communication and transparency so that prospective Tulsa Junior Oilers Youth Hockey players and their families are provided with as much information as possible prior to making travel hockey commitments, the following 2022-2023 Program Information & Fees for the Tulsa Junior Oilers Youth Hockey Association and its travel Teams can be found below.
Player Registration or Association Fees are the amounts paid to Tulsa Junior Oiler Youth Hockey for making the team, which generally covers expenses that include, but are not limited to:
Player Registration fees do not cover additional items such as team fees, additional off-ice training, practice jerseys, uniforms, apparel & spirit wear items, player/family travel, etc.
Team fees are amounts paid to the team for any items not covered by the Association fee, including, but not limited to, coach or team official travel, tournament fees, team equipment, and additional ice purchases.
NOTE: All League teams are required to participate in the DSTHL-approved Labor Day Tournament, run by the Dallas Stars, and therefore, the team entry fee for this tournament is included in the Player Registration (Association) Fee. The DSTHL strongly recommends each team participate in at least one additional tournament run by the Dallas Stars. This additional tournament, as well as out-of-town tournaments, are determined by the Coach and Team once practices begin in the initial team meeting and will be included in the additional Team Fees.
Additional Training fees are any amounts paid to the team or to a third-party for any additional ice, on-ice instruction, or off-ice training.
